About Lindsay

Lindsay earned her real estate license in 2017. However, prior to becoming licensed, Lindsay was already hard at work building her personal real estate portfolio. At only 25 years old, Lindsay was able to purchase her first investment property. 18 months later, she closed on a second multifamily home. These purchases showed her that financial freedom through real estate was an option and that with proper guidance and determination, anyone - regardless of age - could be set up for success. She knew she had what it would take to help people along on their own similar journeys so getting licensed was the next logical step.

For several years, Lindsay worked as a teaching assistant for adolescents with learning disabilities and intellectual impairments. The skills she developed throughout her years in this role were imperative for her future in real estate. She has a natural knack for identifying the needs of an individual even when they may not be certain what they’re looking for. She demonstrates patience, understanding, kindness, and perseverance with all of her clients and colleagues ensuring each transaction moves smoothly. Questions will always be answered promptly and professionally so everyone remains on the same page.

Another personal strength Lindsay identified through her work as a teaching assistant was her passion for learning and educating others. Lindsay is continuously watching the market, paying attention to trends, staying up to date with the newest guidelines and regulations, and dedicating her time to expanding her knowledge. In addition to helping her clients, she felt this provided a great opportunity to help some of her peers. Today, Lindsay and 4 other astounding agents make up the Carr Property Partners Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Blake REALTORS.
