Arpi Balgin went above and beyond. ... in 2022 my wife and I decided to move to Florida and needed to sell our two properties, a vacant piece of land in the city of Albany, NY and our two-family home in the city of Rensselaer, NY. We reached out to Arpi to sell our properties after seeing one of her signs. Our home needed some work but she was very optimistic and encouraging that someone would purchase our home as-is. After unsuccessfully selling the vacant property by myself, Arpi was willing to take on the challenge. The properties were put on the market around June of 2022, a time where the interest rates increased. During this time we had already purchased our home in Florida in May 2022. Arpi was very supportive and maintained a positive spirit and she was great in communicating any offers, or paperwork that had to be signed. Arpi went above and beyond to have us feel comfortable in selling our Albany land and home in Rensselaer from far away. When winter began she made sure our heating system was working at our home in Rensselaer and she even helped us make sure our security cameras were working. Thanks to our Realtor Arpi Balgin we closed on our vacant land in Albany at a reasonable price in December, 2022 and our home in Rensselaer, NY in February, 2023. Our home in Rensselaer sold for a little over double what I bought it for 13 years ago, as-is! Even when we were dealing with some attorneys that lacked communication she was patient, professional and kept her bright spirit. When it came time to negotiate the sale of our home Arpi really pushed to have us receive the most from the deal.
